First time purchasing live snails, shrimp, and plants online, and Aquarists Across Canada has made my first experience a good and memorable one. Shipping was awesome as I live in a dual part of Ontario and received the package within under 24hrs of shipping( understandable for the price of shipping as it came fast, secure, and all living animals/plants were intact and healthy), I was confused a bit with purchasing as there was a glitch on my end but customer service were more than happy to help me. I had purchased an Anubis, 5 feeder shrimp(they gave me 7 I know it’s shrimp but it made my day), and an apple snail, all very unique compared to ones I’ve seen at the local stores here, as the shrimp I got were clear but had gorgeous orange, and neon markings across their body, aswell as the snail, it has a typical shell but the colouring on the foot/body is very interesting orange spot pattern with a base reddish brown colour, and the Anubis came as a healthy baby plant that I’m looking forward to watching grow. I definitely recommend Aquarists Across Canada to any first time online buyer if your hesitant to shop online.

great quality rare snails in the hobby. Amazing customer service as usual fast responses and honesty. I have ordered previously 3 five bar cichlids and all amazing quality super health great packaging and love supporting local Canadian businesses! 100% recommended you won't regret ordering from them. They care about the fish which is clear from how healthy they are (and i'm very very picky) and they are kind individuals and hard working/honest which is hard to find in Vancouver. I'm in Quebec, bought a fish that wasn't available anywhere here. Arrived very healthy the next day. Shipping is expensive but I do understand why.
They have good quality fish that arrive healthy. Easy to use website and helpful staff as well. If anything does come up they address it and try to accommodate as best they can. I'll order from them again for sure.
