In 2017 I purchased a Marquis Hot Tub from AquaPro. I did my homework and already knew what I wanted, and I found that AquaPro was the closest dealer near my home that offered this brand of spa. This hot tub has been fantastic. Low operating cost and modern design using reliable Balboa components. It’s been great addition to our back yard and we use it year round. Arnold, Jason and Anne have provided me with excellent service and support. In February of 2020 we bought a home with a pool that needed renovation. Knowing that we wanted the reno to be completed right after we took possession in May we planned the reno with Arnold in advance. (If you’re planning a pool or spa this spring, now is the time to start planning). Arnold provided me with various choices of new equipment but he recommended all Pentair and we followed his recommendations. We signed the deal and he completed the work in June, on budget and on schedule. And he also helped me move our spa to the new home. Do your homework and you’ll find that Marquis Spas and Pentair pool equipment are premium brands. Pools and spas are inherently money pits. You need to have realistic expectations before you drop 10’s of thousands on your backyard resort (but a pool and a spa are pretty great things to have especially in the middle of a pandemic!). My advice is don’t cheap out. You get what you pay for. These are good people. They sell quality brands, and do great work. They will look after you.

I hate leaving negative reviews but this place deserves one. Not knowing much about pools, I thought I made a wise choice hiring a local pool company to do my maintenance. Unfortunately I picked the wrong company. Bad communication, unreliable service and very poor customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable honest company with integrity, look elsewhere. My repose to the owners response: 1. When the pool was opened, I was supposed to fill up the pool, I had no idea, this information was communicated to a lawn mowing company That randomly come to cut our grass. I only found that out after a week when I called in. 2. I got a call on a Thursday morning while I was driving that the breaker needed to be reset , I reset that breaker a few hours later and immediately called the and left the owner a VM, I also came to the store later that day to make sure they knew that I had called. I kindly requested they came back ASAP as my kids were excited for the pool. 7 days later no one came in. 3. I went to the store and friendly expressed my frustration a week later and told them they had an opportunity to turn me into a satisfied customer, the manger was very rude and unkind. So I requested for a refund. 4. I am however grateful for the experience because I am now dealing with an amazing pool company, the difference in quality of service, promptness and customer service is night and day.
Anne - Service Coordinator, is amazing. I've called 15 places, not one offered solutions prior to booking the service call, very simple ones, but ones i never wouldve known to ask for, so not simple to me at all. She even called me back to f/u with an issue and suggest an alternative as well. 10/10 would recommend alone just for their honesty and customer service.
These are fantastic people to deal with. We had not opened our small pool in several years and knew there would be some issues. Arnold and his team worked with us over weeks and we now have our pool working again. Highly recommend these folks. Thanks guys!
Amazing service and high quality products! They were so helpful in giving me step by step instructions on opening my hot tub, they saved me over 300 by teaching me how to do it myself. I highly recommended going to them for your hot tub and/or pool needs! 10/10
