After going to every hot tub store multiple times in Victoria to learn about and choose our hot tub, we decided to purchase ours at Aqua Pacific Pools and Hot Tubs. The staff were consistently polite, professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and super helpful at answering all of our questions. Their honest approach definitely provided us with a lot of trust in them and their company. We never felt rushed to make our purchase and once we decided to go forward, everything was so simple and seamless for our entire transaction. I also love the fact that our H2O spa is a BC product :)

Took my hot tub pump in for work to replace a pump seal, a young man at the front counter helped me and was very polite initially as I waited for the technician to return. When I picked up my pump the young man explained a part in the new seal kit did not fit and could be redundant so I took the pump home and it continued to leak. The shop technician Nick believed it was a problem with pump housing and not the redundant part so they ordered a new pump housing. Took the pump home and the leak is now fixed. The young man later called me to follow up and wanted to clear up any communication problems that may have occurred and was very sincere and offered an apology. I would certainly return to Aqua-Pacific for future business.
