I needed dry Ice for my son's volcano birthday cake on the weekend. This was the closest place. What impressed me was the honesty of the business owner Alex who didn't just sell it to me but educated me to come back the same morning instead of few days earlier to avoid loosing most of it and disappoint my 5 year old. He was kind enough to give us a generous sample so my son will not be sad going home empty handed. Won a customer and 5 stars in my books! Picture of main entrance to help people find it easier.
They were nice and considerate. I messaged to find out if I can get some dry ice delivered because it was near their closing time but they suggested going over to their place to pick up what we need as it will be cheaper. They even asked their staff to wait a little bit past their closing time so they can accommodate us. Reuben was very helpful with explaining stuff and suggesting tips on how much we need and how to use the dry ice. I should have contacted them earlier when our fridge broke down a week ago. Now I know where to go whenever I need ice bags and dry ice. Thank you so much! From a very grateful and satisfied customer!
