Anyone can sell hot tubs, but until something goes wrong you never find out the depth any quality of their business. I bought a hot tub from Aqua Friends a little while ago. The heater went and I was a couple months out of warranty. Leah (owner) talked me through some solutions over the phone before having to start dealing with the manufacture. It was the heater coil. This problem had to be dealt with by a professional service company. Not only did they arrange someone to come out a few days before Christmas holidays but they also dealt directly with the manufacturer for me and there was absolutely no charge for anything. I find that this over and above service is very difficult to find these days. Typically you get tossed over to the service department or in some 1-800 nightmare. I've been dealing with Aqua friends for a number of years. Local, family friendly business which we all should support and if, or when there is a problem only then will you be grateful you bought with Aqua Frends. They are amazing!

If you want a friendly environment that is family run, then you should go to Aqua Friends for your hot tub desires. Beautiful products can't wait to see it in our backyard.
Amazing customer service! Talked to Sara on the phone today, ordered a special hot tub part and picked it up within the hour. Fast, reliable, and very friendly staff. Rare to find that good of customer service these days. Highly recommend!!
QUALITY customer service from this family owned business. I was amazed by the level of experience and knowledge that the owners have with hot tubs. I wasn’t aware there was so much you need to know when purchasing and maintaining a hot tub, but these guys definitely know there stuff. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!!

Sara returned my call, and made an unscheduled emergency visit to check on my pool within a few hours (SAME DAY). Being the middle of an August heat wave, the other stores in Kelowna either didn't call me back or laughed when I asked for an unscheduled checkup. SO GRATEFUL. Amazing customer service.
Dave and Leah at Aquafriends are amazing! They shipped our spa to us in Alberta and provided incredible support via email, text and phone regarding the upkeep and chemical balance! The spa is top notch and the hydrotherapy massage has saved us a lot of massage clinic visits! It’s second to none! I’m in it 3x per day! Love it and love Aquafriends!
