Like the majority of people I was looking for a pool. I was recommended Aqua Blue for their well known service. I was lucky enough to talk to Sue and she informed me she had 1 18 x 33 above ground beauty so I drove down to Welland and put a deposit with them after seeing everything you got with the purchase . Unfortunately after measuring out the location it would not fit in my yard ! I called today and they said they would have no problem refunding the deposit but they did not have anything else to offer. I appreciate their great service and attentiveness.
We had to get a new liner this summer after a coyote fell into our pool in June and ripped our old liner. Right from the start Darrin, Eric and the entire team were prompt, friendly, respectful, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable! I can't say enough how great Aqua-Blue Pools has been through this whole process. We highly recommend them!
