Graham & Mclean Apartments - MICE running around rampant, black mould, the walls are buckling, maintenance requests repeatedly ignored, Jennifer the building manager is horrendous to deal with etc etc. I could go on and on about all the reasons why you should AVOID this place at all costs. She even removed the mouse traps from our apartment while doing showings to new potential renters - Such a DISGRACE! This place is owned by Cressey Development and should have been plowed down years ago. Shame on them for charging exorbitant amounts for rent and not maintaining the building.

Like many other people I wish I could leave 0 stars. Called to set up an apartment viewing and she asked us to call 45 min before to confirm. When we called at our scheduled time (45 min before the viewing) she told us she had already rented out the apartment. I understand wanting to rent as early as possible but the sheer rudeness with which she answered the phone, as if we were bothering her, is unacceptable. Reading the other reviews it sounds like we have a lucky star in our midst as her lack of professionalism and care for other people's time extends to her tenants.
Lived in the Gravely Street Apartments for 1.5 years and moved out in March. To this day we still have no received our deposit back despite following up continuously with Jennifer, the manager. We paid for cleaners and the place was spotless when leaving and Jennifer plucked a number from the air to show \head office\ a cleaning fee. Jennifer is the rudest, most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. She shouts when she speaks, has no manners and it baffles me how she got employed in the first place. I would advise anyone considering moving into Gravely St to reconsider as it's not worth the sheer bad manners and abuse that will come with having Jennifer as a building manager. 6 months later, still no deposit. Head office are no help either.
To say that this place is horrifically managed us a compliment. I've lived here 6 years and it's been downhill since the current manager was hired 4.5 years ago. Jennifer is qualified to push a broom no more. The building is unsecure, infested with mice and cockroaches. The managerial skills are null and void. Bullying, lies and intimidation is common with the management. Illegal entry into suites, blaming for building issues are put on residents. Many just give up and move. I don't acknowledge or respect the management along with several other residents. The building is quiet the residents for the most part are okay. The manager is not. It's a good building but if you complain or speak up the building manager will have a hard on for you. If you are ok with having to fight and file with RTB you might be ok here.
