worst experience. They only care about lenders, they appraised my house much lower than the original price. Don't waste your time and money.

takes forever to do the appraisal...dont even bother to answer phone call, or reply email, voice mail is always full that just to say how much they value clients...can't get a hold of them period...you paid for the services but all you get was headache and chasing after them just to get an answer...do not ever get the service from them!!!! terrible experience!!!
