Jill did appraise my house, at least 1.5 million under the market value. I am a realtor myself and have never experienced such a poor appraisal. Avoid her if you can!! I would give her 0 stars if possible.

Jill Murphy and her husband are very bad appraisers. They simply add the costs and give the appraisal value as the costs. An elementary school kid can do their job. Jilly Murphy has a bad reputation. Avoid them at all costs.
