The technician was highly skilled and fixed our leaking dishwasher within 30 minutes. For the actual work complete I am satisfied. Where I would not support this business again is for their ambiguous, unprofessional and secretive administration. I was charged approximately 400 for labour and parts. I only knew this after requesting for a detailed invoice. After receiving the invoice, I asked for a breakdown of labour costs by which I received a deceitful answer on the cost of labour. I find it very difficult to understand the cost of labour or services when a clear answer cannot be given. Based on this dodgey practice and secretive cost of labor, I would not use this company again and Not recommend it.

This is the second time I have hired Appliance Repair Services in the last couple of years. This time, just like the first time, the technician was totally professional. He came and did the washer repair the same day. Appliance Repair Services is always helpful in giving me sound, honest advice to any repairs or maintenance questions I have, giving useful tips on how to maintain and prolong the life of our 10years old appliances. We are very happy with the service. The pricing is excellent and is straight forward. Its great to have someone whom we can trust. Communication is good and service is exceptional! I tried to fix the washer myself, Sunday project, and soon realized It was way more than I could handle! Called and messaged 5 businesses, 24h Appliance Repair was the only one who responded and within 21 minutes! Turned out to be my luck! Yvan is very professional and knowledgeable, provided great advice. Encouraged me to do my research after giving me the estimate for repair. I did my research, Yvan was right and I feel great about my decision to fix! Yvan fixed my washer, works better than ever! This company name and number is now saved in my phone, I don’t want to ever use anybody else!

It was a super knowledgeable operator on the phone who was able to detect the problem. When the technician arrived, he verified the issue and fixed it with no time.
