I went in just to look at some options for vehicles. Raj was helpful and I probably would have bought something from here but I found the rest of the staff were incredibly pushy to the point where it felt like I was being held hostage until I purchased a vehicle without having time to do any research my own. Sales is priority and customer service doesn't seem to matter here. As a current satisfied Kia owner who has also been in sales i still would not reccomend going to this dealership.

I have been going to this location for the past 4 years and have always had a positive experience. Nathan from the service department is so personable and takes great care of his customers. The sales guys are good at their jobs - I've now purchased my 2nd Kia from them and I absolutely love it! Extra thanks to Tyler for throwing in a bottle of wine from his hometown in Italy to seal the deal! The people upstairs were so friendly and made the entire purchasing experience easy and comfortable - thanks all
I needed a car extremely fast and had a unique situation since I had just recently moved and gotten a job. Andy from Applewood went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I couldn’t be happier with their professional service and the wonderful car I have now! It was also incredible how fast they were and how hard they worked to get me approved by the bank. Thank you so much Applewood!!! I highly recommend!
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If you really want/need a KIA go to ANY OTHER dealership other than this one. I came here with my family to try to sell our car and get a new one. At first we were not happy with the deals they were offering so we respectfully declined and wanted to leave, but the sales person KING WONG was very insistent asked what numbers would convince us to make a deal with them. I told him I wanted a certain amount for our car and he said yes to that amount. It was a stressful and we were at the dealership for almost 6 hours and my toddler was tired. I signed the papers and then realized that they were not giving me the amount I asked for my car. They gave me less for my car and the rest of the amount they were planing to gave back but they just added it to my finance, so basically they were loaning me that extra amount (plus interest). KING WONG was very deceitful and ended up playing us. After I went back visibly mad they changed the contract but refused to give me the amount I initially asked for. Basically we were deceived into selling our car 4k lower than what we asked. I contacted their customer service and they didn't solved anything and never called me back. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND NEVER GOING BACK THERE. PS. We were so insistent on that amount since we were sending that money back home to help our families that are facing hard times due to covid. When they asked what were our plans we explained and they mentioned that was so 'generous' and they will do everything in their power to help us get that specific amount. We honestly never thought they would play us like that. At the end of the day we accept that it was our 'fault' since we did not thoroughly read through the numbers before signing. But that doesn't take away the fact that the salespersons were deceitful and purposely played us. Hence why we still felt important to leave a review stating our discontent.
Purchased a 2020 Stinger. Jake and King have made this experience with Applewood a good one. Jake is a great salesman to deal with and he goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.
