I got my Q50 serviced here for a pesky O2 sensor issue that a previous shop failed to diagnose after multiple tries. I finally decided to take it to the dealership to get a second opinion. Jovy, the service manager and his team were exceptional and took great care of me and my car informing me of the issues each step of the way. The technicians here are top-notch and were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. This is where I'll be taking my car from now on!

Applewood is as good as their jingle! I bought my used car through them 2 years ago. I bought an extended warranty and when that warranty company pull a number on me, Applewood stood by their offering and helped me with the costs I had to incur. They helped save almost 3K! And provided a loaner car while I waited. Most impressed with their team, will start my next car shopping journey at Applewood for sure!

The Infiniti dealership moved from Bridgeport Road back to the Richmond Auto Mall. I love this location so much better. Amber and Peter from service are both always so kind, patient and thorough. I have worked with Amber for a couple years now, she is awesome! She is very attentive, calm and follows through with all of my requests. I have never had any issues with her calling me back with answers. She gives realistic timelines, honest feedback and explains all of my options to me before I make a decision in regards to any type of service. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication Amber, it does not go unnoticed!
