I am a current student at the school...stunning, clean campus, with tremendous staff and students! Fabulous everything! Best school in Canada! Nothing more positive to say about it! They've changed my life forever!
I took my kids to the Appleby college for snow sledding this week and they had a great time. Not many Oakville residents know about this location which is a safe environment for kids and even adults to get out and have fun! We tried another location in Trafalgar Road, but any day would recommend this location for snow sledding. Many thanks to the college administration who allow local residents to enjoy their facility at no charge!!
In the formative years of life, there is no better place to learn! My experience at Appleby College was made memorable by the exceptional faculty and staff that go well beyond the Ontario Curriculum requirements for the students. Each teacher will dedicate personal time and attention to their course, coaching sports and leading community service placements! Walking around the campus, the sense of community is palpable. There are so many opportunities for students to build leadership skills that will prove integral to the rest of their lives.
There is NO equal. Absolutely the BEST school I went to. I graduated in the 70s, and Appleby/Larsen set my expectations for what I could accomplish. I haven't stopped achieving, I'm in my mid-50s, and starting yet another venture. I love the mind-set, the joy and fearlessness that Appleby gave me. I would have to rate my boarding life/years (6) at Appleby as the foundation for my success. (some viewers and users will suffer different results)
