I spent close to a year at this Apple location and everytime I visited, the only staff I met, every time were the ladies. They were absolutely wonderful! Exceptional customer service!! Very friendly and courteous. Always willing to help on any way possible. Thank you ladies for making my experience with Apple a journey to be well remembered.

I rented a unit here to store some items as part of my move while we got settled. The business has since changed hands and it seems that the woman who originally processed the order no longer works here and started my contract several weeks before I had asked for it to begin. Since she \gave me the keys\ (asked me to take them when signing the contract so I didn't have to return) the new operators are now stating it is MY fault she made an error and processed the paperwork incorrectly and that I now owe them back rent on the unit. I would stay away from this facility. On a phone call they said thy would \make it right if i sent them evidence of when I moved\ and then via email have refused to do so, indicating again it was my fault their paperwork was incorrect. Very disorganized and unprofessional behaviour and appear to be taking advantage of the situation to rip thier customers off of a few extra weeks of storage.
I've been at this storage facility through 3 different management companies, and I have to say that Apple is really doing a great job here. The overall site seems to get better attention, and the office staff are great to deal with. Love the easy access with my code at the gate, and have found everything to be safe and secure here for years.
These guys are fantastic, the customer service is flawless and they are just all round solid people to deal with. Most storage places offer the same services, but this one is run by kind people that have critical thinking skills and that is what makes them stand out!
We have been using their storage units for a couple of years now. They are the best run storage company in Toronto. Staff at Dawes location is very professional and courteous and they take care of any concerns or questions immediately. Have recommended them to all our friends.
