I would highly recommend them for your storage needs. They have well-sized, clean indoor (temperature controlled) units and outdoor storage units as well. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I have been renting a storage unit from these amazing people for quite some time now and I have not found a better place to do so! I would recommend Apple Self Storage in St Catharines on Read Road to anyone who looks for a Storage for short or long term. Dinah, the facility manager, is always super friendly, always accommodating, and always helpful. The facility is clean, well managed, priced reasonably with no surprise charges. Perhaps, the facility can make use of some renovations: to lock/unlock the padlocks each and everytime in the January/February cold is not fun.
What a great facility. The staff is fantastic and caring. We have never had an issue with our trailer being in outside parking at Apple, in a different previous place it was broken into 3 times. Worth the price to know your items are safe! We also rented indoor storage during a project at home and never had an issue. This is our second trailer being stored at Apple and we will be long term customers!
The staff member we dealt with, Dinah, was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the time of my initial inquiry through to when we moved out of the unit. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained. Though we only required the unit for a few months, we were more than happy with both the customer service and the facility itself. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a storage place.
Had my stuff there for a year and worried about what I might find. It was in perfect condition and very clean/dry. Great communication with me as well throughout.
