The worst Apple store in terms of service! The store itself is large, open and beautiful. However, the service is TERRIBLE. For a shopping experience and for support, many of the people that work here (and i had to deal with at least 15) are very rude, arrogant and do not care about customers. Please do yourself a favor and go to another apple store.

Nick was very kind, gracious and patient. He helped me pick out the perfect watch, including recommending I double check my band size. I didn’t feel rushed like I usually do at Apple. He told me that it is a joy to serve customers. Wow! Thank you Nick!

I considered the screen replacement LCD & digitalizer a manufacture defect that Apple should has assumed the cost on iphone XR! There was no water damage; no screen damage; & no case damage. The Apple tech support could not explained the cause

Very slow service and rude people receiving you. Also, if you need to get something replaced they don’t have the expertise. I had to go in 4 times to get something fixed as they couldn’t find the problem which was obvious since the beginning.
