Alex and his team were the best I have ever worked with. We had a leak in our condo from a brand new clothing washer - if I could give them 90 stars, I would. The whole experience beginning with Alex walking through the condo with us, giving us advice on flooring and getting the floors done along with painting was absolutely amazing. The team was extremely respectful of our space and our things, they were friendly, kind, easy going and so much more. They did an amazing job, the work is 5-star, extremely professional and there is literally nothing more we could have asked for. I have already asked Alex to do some work at my parents home and have recommended him to a few friends as well. I will always be thankful for what he did in our home, we couldn't love it more. If I could keep taking about how wonderful this team and their work is, I would. Highly highly highly recommend in every way imaginable.

This company was prompt, thorough and most of all, honest. All of the workers were courteous and professional. They also have a warranty, but based on the results, I believe I won’t be running into any problems at all. I highly recommend their work.
We called APL to come and clean a minor flood from an overflowed toilet. We contacted our insurance company and had all the papers waiting when they arrived. They were there in a little over an hour and setup to clean up the mess right away. They expertly explained all the steps for an insurance claim in easy dimple terms. The next day an estimator came out and had an estimate done in no time. We discussed having other non insurance claim work being done and gave them a budget of what we could afford. The next day APL came back with an estimate for the insurance claim. The insurance company called another company to come in and quote the job as well. The other company took a month too get back too us and several of their appointments had too be reset. Every meeting with APL, they were on time friendly and polite. We went with APL. We contracted them too do a bathroom reno as well as the insurance claim. They reach a portion of our flooring and base boards better than new in 2 days. Then the bathroom reno as we as a come of smaller fixing jobs which took 2 weeks. Their workers were prompt and on time every day. They were polite, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs. They removed a tile shower and floor, replaced the pipes, refrained and brought it up too code. I would highly recommend APL too anyone that is looking for insurance claim or renovation work.
Alex and his team were very professional and quickly helped me solve and repair the water leakage in my home, including the floor, wall renewal and painting. The most important thing is that they and I can communicate effectively, and letting them do the restoration project makes me feel relieved. Thanks APL
