We use Apex for a number of clients properties. I find their service valuable, prompt, and professional. We get daily updates on their patrols, including their findings during their patrols. As well, they update us with any call outs from our clients. Its easy to see the value in their service.

Great customer service, at the expense of their employees well being. Uniforms dont fit anyone besides "average" build, and they don't look out for their staff. They promise things and dont keep their promises. The guards themselves are fantastic but the management team leave a lot to be desired. The managers do not show any regard for employees needs or well being, and if you have anything going on that may hinder your ability to be 110% useful to them, they use it as a reason to get rid of you instead of helping like they say they want to. They will disregard a leave of absence then tell you that you need to focus on yourself when they fire you as a result. "Professionalism" aka capitalism at its finest here.
We have been with Apex for many years. Although we have not had any emergencies (thank goodness) they have always been helpful with questions, updates and services. The best part is them being local can monitor the house in person.
