I have been dealing with APD for one year now and we have a high standard of quality and parts being on time because our customers expect the same, that being said the staff from APD has exceeded my standard. Each and everyone of their staff members are quick to help in a professional manner. Yes there are many places to source your parts from but what sets one supplier from the next ? Well the answer is simple to me its customer service it is the only thing that sets one apart from the other. I remember my first conversation I had with my sales rep, he had me excited because he was excited, you could tell he was happy doing what he was doing, it wasn't just a job it was his passion.
