If we could leave a zero star we would. We completed work for Anthem Properties 5 months ago and still have not received payment. And they ceased all communication with our company 2 months ago. I would advise against any vendors considering doing work for Anthem Properties.

Be cautious of “fake” positive reviews. “Zheng Yu” who rated Anthem 5/5 below works for Anthem’s homeowner care team. She was the specific person I dealt with about our flooring issue, which sadly is still unresolved. Anthem’s contracted floor company installed the underlay and laminate flooring on an uneven and/or unlevel subfloor. As such, some parts of our floor in our condo had noticeable soft spots. There were also gaps created between laminate flooring joints and settling of over a ¼’ in places (when compared to the baseboards). When we initially brought up our concerns during the walk-thru, Anthem’s representative downplayed the issue and said it wasn’t anything. Unfortunately, Anthem’s team downplayed the issues, had aggressive and rude agents responding to our complaints, and told us they weren’t responsible for something that was clearly wrong. Long story short, Anthem properties is great until there is an issue. Their primary tactic is to downplay and stall out on responding to the issue until the warranty expires. In our case, the warranty expired and the insurance company no longer covers it. Buyers beware, please do proper research before committing to any properties by Anthem.

Just Beware!!!! Anthem is not following customer's specification and provided to customers. When you point it out to them and request a compensation on it. They will not responsive, ignore, argue and not responsible anything. Is it legal to not follow the spec and provide to client??? Be careful to check your Spec before you accept it.

As a homeowner of Anthem’s Clayton Walk townhouses, the buying experience from them was very professional and easy from the start. They answered all of my questions from the initial purchase right though to getting my keys at the homeowner walk through. A year later now, and their very responsive Homeowner care team followed through with all the deficiencies and warranty items as promised. Anthem truly cares about the homes they build. I would definitely buy from this developer again.
