Anser Power System Servicing is simply the best. Wish there were more stars to give them! Our strata had a utility pole on property ( installed in 1975) that was finally rotting at the base and starting to tilt. At first we thought that BC Hydro was responsible for the upkeep and replacement but quickly learned that it was our pole, our problem. As president, it was my job to find an experienced contractor who would do the work right and be customer service oriented. After looking through many websites and recommendations, I chose Anser due to their high ratings and informative website. Devin responded to my call and came out quickly to assess the situation. I was immediately impressed with both his knowledge and reassuring manner that everything would be handled to the highest electrical standards and our satisfaction. Devin was just great ! He explained the process, updated us every step of the way, contracted with the company that removed and installed the pole and made the arrangements with BC Hydro so they disconnected and connected the electricity on time. Despite a light drizzle the day Devin came to do the job, he completed everything efficiently, coordinated the work of BC Hydro and D and B Auger for the pole and was ahead of time and on budget. All with a calm demeanor and ready smile. Thank you, Devin! Everything you did was greatly appreciated.
