The clinic has been nothing but amazing! All the staff at the reception, ultrasound technicians and especially Dr.Prima and Dr.Dixon have been so passionate and understanding. It was such great joy to deal with a clinic who shared results same day, and have amazing nurses on all the time. Especially during the pandemic. It was very tough for me since I had to go to all the appointments by myself! Thank you all for being patient with me and I’m so proud to graduate with honors!! I highly recommend them:)

Looks new and clean. Scheduling appointments may be a bit of a challenge. If you arrive with a full bladder for an ultrasound be prepared to wait half an hour. The majority of the staff is friendly and with a positive attitude. Good relaxing music while you wait and different beverage options available like water and coffee. Free wifi.

My son is now three and I cannot thank Dr. Dixon and the amazing Anova fertility team enough for the care they provided while we were trying to conceive. The journey is difficult and very emotional but Anova was great at helping us cope and Dr. Dixon was AMAZING at answering questions and helping us understand the process. IVF is a fascinating science and I wholeheartedly believe that you are in THE BEST hands if this is the route you need to take to have a baby. Dr Dixon is a very professional and admirable doctor and she is amongst the top in her field.

I was surprised to see the multiple negative reviews for Anova Fertility. I had my first appointment today for Cycle Monitoring and everything was great. The nurses and technicians were friendly. Reception was kind, considering they were busy and having to deal with a new COVID environment. We had a virtual appointment first with a Doctor who was very nice, called on time and seemed caring. The clinic itself is beautiful and spacious - does not feel like a Doctor’s office. Every time I’ve had to call to book an appointment, if I have to leave a voicemail they return the call very quickly. I haven’t had to wait more than a day. Overall, I’m happy we have chosen Anova and look forward to our ongoing treatment with them. I would definitely recommend forming your own opinion when seeking treatment and not being afraid of negative reviews.
