Very great service! It was a last minute decision to buy already made engagement ring and we are happy we did the shopping there. We had a great walk through all the stones and what the difference between them to finally choose the one. Sales person was very patient and paid attention to our needs. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience. The manager Eileen went above and beyond for me. My girlfriend was out of town and I wanted to get her a very specific watch. There was only one left in the district and it was sold out online. It was very far for me to go get in time for my girlfriends arrival home. Even shipping from one store to another would have taken too long. She went out of her way and found a way to get it in for me within 24 hours! My girlfriend was so happy with the purchase and I was beyond thrilled with the level of customer service. I will look here first for any future jewellery purchases simply in the customer service alone!
Trevor was really helpful when I went to the store to look at Tissot watches. I had two in mind that I could not decide on. Trevor shared his perspective very succinctly; one was better value while the other was a classic. Hearing this really helped me decide on the classic. In addition, he was very friendly and was not pushy at all. A great first experience with Ann Louise!
I went in to buy a birthday present for a friend. Eileen was extremely helpful and made the process fun and entertaining. She has a great sense of humor and is great at figuring out what you like and helping you find something within your budget.
I cannot speak highly enough of Eileen. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from the store a few years ago and in a number of unfortunate events I had to send my ring in a few times to get things fixed. While it was a frustrating situation (especially as I live a few hours away), Eileen assured me that they would turn the negative experience into a positive one and that's exactly what happened. I've worked in customer service (hospitality) for 18 years and while unfortunate things happen from time to time, you learn the most from how the employee/manager handles the situation. Eileen handled the situation with understanding, grace and positivity. This review could have been a negative one, but I can only say great things and now I will recommend Ann-Louise to friends and family because of her and her team. Thank you for everything, it's so greatly appreciated!
I would like to thank Eileen at the Pacific Centre store for her outstanding customer service, her caring and her empathy. I had provided incorrect address information on a purchase being shipped out of town and needed to stop or redirect the FedEx delivery before it was made to a wrong address (the next day). Eileen made numerous calls on my behalf and worked with Jacqueline, who handles the shipments, to figure out how to get my shipment quickly redirected This was an extremely stressful situation for me. Both of these ladies did everything possible to sort our the mess I had created. Their follow-up communication with me through many anxious hours was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Thank you Eileen and Jacqueline!
My wife had a diamond fall out of her wedding band (this is the 2nd time it happened). So I went in to get it replaced and I was quoted 80 for the fix so I agreed. 3 days after it was suppose to be ready I went in to pick it up and they didn't even have it. One of the employees told me they were suppose to call me but no one did. So after chatting turns out they want 200 to replace the diamond because the claws that were holding it were broken as well. The whole ring only cost 500, so how does that even make sense? I had to come downtown 3 times because of the ring and I live like almost an hour away. Granted I should've maybe called them to see if the ring was ready, but still I think they could've handled things better.
Went in to the store looking for rings. Eileen was very helpful and genuine in showing us the rings that suite our styles. Since both of fingers are on the smaller end, they needed to be special ordered, which was estimated to take 10 weeks. We also had the stones customized. During those 10 weeks, Eilleen kept us informed on the rings estimate arrival time. The rings arrived early and we are both very happy with the purchase and Eilleen's customer service. We both definitely will be returning for future purchases.
