A truly inspiring organization that gathers our diverse urban community with warmth in a homelike aesthetic space. All the amazing artwork and the practical elements of the environment are the result of community volunteers working together repurposing and upcycling materials. I was inspired by the respectful self serve model of supporting families. The staff works together in this home like environment with such grace engaging our diverse community with love.

These people are awesome! I’ve been in the trucking industry since 1992 because of their assistance in offering me training and funding! Thank you a million times over!

Had a meeting with Scott (Resource and Information Specialist) to discuss the intersections of my work with ongoing histories of colonization. He made himself available have a relaxed, thorough conversation with myself and another coworker. I felt welcomed, enjoyed the engaging and provoking conversation, and am planning to have Scott come to my organization to conduct staff training with us. Thanks!

Worst place to EVER get help... I just recently moved to Kitchener, and i was referred here by a friend. but two days before she referred me, she had a couple bad experience with them... she didst think they would be thee same way towards me thats why she thought it would be a great idea for me.....WRONG! I walked in, no one was at the desk and i could not hear anyone (i thought no one was even there) so i walked behind the desk so i could peer into the other rooms to check if someone was in fact there before i proceeded in.... i was then scowled and was told to stand back??? (sorry i was just trying to see if i can get some help???? theres no need to be rude) I continued to do my research on the computer....the computer stopped working, then after that the printer...i asked for assistance,(she was still very rude to me) and it seemed like it wasn't her job to help me and that i felt like more of a nuisance being there! I tottaly just left. totally discussed in my' newcomer' experience.
