I don't usually write reviews, but I thought really unfair this place to have just 3.8 stars. I had an injured bird in my backyard today, so I gave them a call and they sent an officer to pick the bird up within an hour. The officer was really nice and polite, explained to me what the bird probably had and what was going to happen to it. I had a great experience, thank you!

It was great to be able to call and have someone quickly come out to pick up a large racoon dead in the middle of our main road.
Do something about all of the off-leash dogs running around the city
