I had Shamrock Chimney services out to sweep 2 chimneys. I was very happy with their work. They were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them and will be using them yearly.

Poor service. I contacted Ian to come out and take a look at our chimney and provide us with a quote. After we played some phone tag, he did come out and say that he wanted to bring an assistant in a 'few days'. A week and a half later, with still no call, I called back and he said he would come the following day on his way home from another job and would call beforehand. He never showed up or called. That was last week. I will not be reaching out again to hound them to come out and provide a quote and they will not get my business. I will call another company who is responsive, professional and does not waste my time. Would not recommend.

We hired Ian and his team to tear down and rebuild our chimney. Their workmanship was very good, they were professional, always cleaned up before leaving, came back every day until the job was finished and offered excellent value for money. We would highly recommend them.
