I love shawarmas... They are my go to fast food for nearly 20 years now. Osmow's in angus is capable of making a decent shawarma but is consistently inconsistent. I order the same thing everytime and it is different almost everytime i visit. My GF and i ordered the exact same order, made at the same time. Yet 1 shawarma had 1 scoop of meat and the other 2 scoops. I have gone and had shawarmas with 3 scoops of meat and more, 2 scoops and 1 scoop. I have written the company to ask if there is any standards. Head office replied fairly quickly saying i would hear back from the franchise owner within 48hrs. I have sent 3 emails and waited well over a month, still no response. I gave them 1 more chance last week and ordered beef shawarmas. The beef was pulled out of the fridge and cooked on the flat top with what looked to be raw chicken( at about 2:30pm). Even though they had 2 grills, they chose to use the same one (I assume to avoid cleaning the second) again the amount of meat put on 2 identical sandwiches was not the same. When i asked, the girl assured me it was equal. Even though i was watching. They have portion scoops but were not using them, so her assurance was just mearly ro shut me up. Not to mention the female attendants there who make sandwiches was not wearing a hair net. If you are willing to drive a bit further to Alliston, there is a place there that makes far superior shawarmas. I am not going to plug the business because that is not the point of my review. This establishment goes through the effort of cooking their meats on a rotisserie, only to carve it up and let it dry out in the steam table. In 10 or more visits i have never been served meat right off the spit, as i have every other shawarma place i have been to.This review is solely for the establishment in Angus. I have not tried other Ozmow's. However, i dont plan on it following these visits.

Love the food here and the service is pretty good. I notice Osmows often over-does the sauces, so just make sure to communicate how much sauce you'd like.

Courtneypark in mississauga has nothing on you guys . First time coming out this way and the best by far . Cripsy chicken . Perfect amount of sauce and veggies and no drip drips

Ordered through dash delivery. My side of fries was not in my order. Called and within 10 minutes a staff member from osmows was on my step delivering my Fries they forgot! Great customer service

Osmow's Angus never fail to impress me. I called 3 times during their busiest time of the evening with no answer. I figured they must be swamped. Gave them another few minutes, was about to call, and they called me back to take my order. That is customer service!!! Any other food place has never done that. The wraps were amazing and ready when I got there to pick them up. Thanks to the 2 girls working their butts off. Keep up the good work.
