I have been a customer through different businesses for about 18 years. None of the orders I’ve ever place have been large, however I have always turned to them first for my needs. Now that I live on Vancouver island the extra shipping logistics seem far to complicated for them. My 18 years of loyalty has provided no extra help. Understandably very disappointed. Payments accepted seem to be out of a hand book from the Middle Ages.

Awesome family owned business. Very easy to deal with. Go out of their way to make the process simple and fast which I find important.
