Andy is very customer service oriented even when he is run off his feet. He will always tell you the truth about what is wrong with your vehicle and won't try to talk you into repairs that aren't necessary. I am always referring him to everyone I know. Not only do my husband and I have him as our go to mechanic but my sister and brother-in-law have also started going to him. Fergus is lucky to have such a honest and reasonably priced mechanic.

My dad had a flat tire so I was calling around the Fergus area for someone to help but everyone was super busy with winter tire installs. As I went down the google list, I found Andy who also said he was overbooked for the same reason but Andy, who I quickly found out was the find of guy that, no matter what, will switch things around in order to help someone out. He told us to bring the car in and he'd figure out a way to take a look at it one way or another. It turned out, my dad needed an entire new tire but it was for a Mercedes so Andy would have to order it in. He managed to get it, installed the new tire and my dad was able to pick up the car by 6pm the same day! This kind of service is getting harder and harder to find. This was my first experience using Andy's shop, but it won't be my last! The next time my family or I need some mechanical service, we will be taking the vehicles to Andy's! Thanks again so much Andy!
