Some of the nicest staff behind the counter sales entrance doors and these guys worked together to find a solution. Going up & above with service, knowledge and with genuine friendliness. Andrew Sheret also has a great supplier. Lixil Canada is above the rest. After our renovations a while back, I knew someday, I would return to this business and just for the records, this review was easy to write and I never take any motivation to write kind words. Thanks.....
Definitely if you're looking for anything in plumbing Andrew Sheret is the place. Extremely knowledgeable staff, friendly, quick, and fully knowledgeable to answer any and all your questions. Why would you shop anywhere else?
Great selection however, we were waiting for 2 different parts and never received a call that either of them had come in. After waiting we finally called them (on both occasions) to see if they had come in and Oh yes, 3 weeks ago... I've noticed this has location has lower ratings than most of their other ones.
Over priced and I don't think the staff even care. Go elsewhere to pay top dollar... There's a shop across the street which was cheaper...
