My daughter bought her first brand new car from this company !! She has had nothing but problems with her 2019 vehicle . Conveniently when we take it in and tell them they never find anything wrong with it!! The last time they had it for almost two weeks and all she got from that was somebody’s lunch garbage and another lame excuse !!!

Absolute Nightmare of a service group. Just want your money and no regards to what information is conveyed to the customer. Please don't come here. I got ripped off for doing the tire alignment twice when it should have been only once. Kitchener Kia and Cambridge ones are far better in service to them. STAY AWAY!!

I love my kia...but unfortunately their service department doesn't know anything about service...I bought a winter tire package they forgot to install the tire sensors...had to have it done by an independent at my cost
