We ordered a chair from Anda a couple years ago for our son it was expensive however it has been one of the best chairs. So for our youngest son's birthday we ordered a chair on 12-17-2020 it is now 2-10-2021 and we gave not received the chair yet. Now they have removed their chat icon... about to contact the credit card and lock cancel thru them. No info from Anda and am really getting mad at the way their company is handling this sale. If your considering buying a chair from them you might want to ask them if they will be delivering it this year.

This is a great company. They helped me on live chat figure out the best chair for my build. Received my Spirit King and absolutely love it. Plus it was on sale. Been using it for a few weeks and can say it was worth every penny.

DO NOT BUY from this company! The worst customer service experience ever! They delivered me a defective chair which I paid over 300 hst for. I tried contacting them many times and they do not respond to emails at all. Their number is fake and their chat option never works. This company is a complete scam. They take your money and provide you with defective products and never respond to your inquiries. It’s a shame they have so many fake 5 star reviewers. I will definitely be complaining to consumer protection. No one should be scammed into purchasing their terrible products.
UPDATE: Finally got the chair, AndaSeat Dark Knight. Had to go pick it up from the Purolator warehouse, they didn't deliver. The chair is great, good support, and best of all, really sturdy. Would have given it 4 stars if it weren't for the bad shipping and support experience. They really need to change vendors. PREV: Can't really say anything about the chair because it still hasn't reached. But the customer service and their delivery vendor (Purolator) are extremely disappointing. Ordered the chair on 17th Aug and it was supposed to be delivered on Aug 21st, but still no sign and no report from AndaSeat or the courier company. They don't have any direct customer service helpline, just an online chat, which gets rarely answered and an email address, who responds once in a couple of days. Their site says they offer lifetime warranty but if this is the quality of customer service then I'm not sure how efficient the warranty is. I understand the delays and rush from pandemic, but that is no excuse from being accountable or responsive. Doesn't seem like the kind of customer service you would expect from buying a 600 chair. The money is out of my account but there is no clue as to where the chair is.
This company is a scam company. Check their trustpilot and scamsellers ratings. I bought a backordered chair, they charged immediately even though it wasn't supposed to be in stock for a month. It arrived damaged (ALMOST A MONTH AGO) and their customer service has completely disappeared, refusing to answer any emails. There are many others experiencing the same thing I am if you look on their social media accounts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I order one of their spirit king chairs August 23 and was patient waiting for some kind of information regarding when my order would ship. I emailed on the 29th of August to ask for any kind of information as i had received nothing. They responded on the 31st telling me the stock would be arriving September 4th and my order would ship out shortly after that. September 12th I emailed them again to ask if it had come into the wearhouse as they told told me via email. No response. I sent another email September 16th which never got a response. I called on the 17th to try and speak to anyone and the phone rang with nobody there. I finally managed to get ahold of someone on the phone the next day and they told me that the chair is expected to come October 4th and ship out some time after that. I think i was fairly patient but the lack of ANY communication unless relentlessly pursued (to put it politely) was infuriating and disappointing. If you read this after ordering i sincerely hope you get better treatment then I did. P.s canceled my order and immediately received a reply to my September 16th email not 2 minutes afterwards. Just crazy eh? Product might be good (wouldn't know) but customer service and communication is....god awful.
So far a terrible experience. I bought Canadian for my chair but this kind of service is not what I associate with premium quality. Their site says delivery in three days. This is a straight up lie. The problem with Anda seat lies in their relationship with the untrustworthy and grossly incompetent shipper purolator. Purolator is a joke as evidenced by thousands of one star reviews. The only reason I can think of as to why they’d use purolator over another shipper is to save a few bucks. I’d rather pay 100 bucks myself to get the “premium” product I ordered. I’m now 8 days from ordering this chair and I’m waiting on a call from purolator in the next 24-48 hours to learn even what’s happening. A lot of stress and anxiety mixed in now as this is an expensive products and I have zero faith in purolator abilities to deliver. I called purolator and learned the reason for the delay was a misprinted telephone number on the shipping label. Anda Seats mistake. I called purolator twice over two days and received the chair the next day. Update : chair came the next day. The chair is very nice. Excellent build quality and comfort. Overall, a mildly unpleasant experience. I love the chair it’s everything promised. The service was lacking however and I found the amount of calling needed to keep purolator and Anda seat in check knocked this down from an easy five star review to four stars.
