Wouldn't waste your time even trying to contact this business. I spent weeks trying to get information and set up a job with them. Thirteen days past to try and get even the shop rate. Fifteen min. after that I asked if they could do the job on a certain date. No reply yet again for days. Tried phoning their number and talking to someone. They said they would get back to us. \Nothing\ When we got down to our boat we tried calling them again and we were assured that someone would get back to us that day. Once again \Nothing\ Either totally not interested in doing business or they have made so much money they don't care. Mandatory one star but only because you have to.

Only a 1 star because 0 is not an option, I bought a complete new RayMarine electronics system a couple years ago for my sailboat, the install was a mess, things forgotten to be connected or supplied that were part of the purchase . NO communication from the sales dept to the installer, it was a gong show. Also a bit later, I had Anchor Marine install a new SSB antenna on the backstay of my sailboat , the standoffs they put on to hold the antenna off the backstay was electrical tape, it was a mess, i had to remove myself and redo. And I have not done a review until now. The last straw was going into Anchor Marine a few days ago, requiring assistance with RayMarine updates to my new system, looking for guidance with proper download procedures and uploading procedure to the MFD, I mentioned to the gentleman at the service counter that I recently purchased this equipment from them and that they had installed .I explained the issue to him, He had No idea so he asked his associate (who sold me the new RayMarine system) around the corner out of site, he came back to me with nothing, when I asked if I could speak in person to the expert out of site around the corner for more clarification ,he said no , basically shrugged his shoulders. I left and will never step back in that store, there is No pride in workmanship or customer service after purchase . There are other RayMarine dealers and service centres for this product in the Sidney area of Vancouver Island and Vancouver Island in General, I visited the dealer in Sidney that same day and even though I had not purchased this new system from them, I got the answers and help i needed within minutes. I will share this story often I am sure with the sailing community, not jus the poor workmanship and customer service of Anchor Marine, but the excellent service I received from the Dealer in Sidney

6/5 definitely will return. They were so sweet and helpful we needed a 24 v charger and instead of selling us an 800 dollar charger they loaned us one for free. Plus their stock looks great they have all the best stuff and are reasonable.
