Refused to take expired medication and sharps that were in an approved sharps container. Not sure what to do with them now... garbage I guess. I tried. Hopefully the District manager sets this store right.

The newly renovated store has a great selection of grocery items as well now. The store is clean and having a post office here is really convenient. The best thing about this store is the service at the pharmacy. They are very helpful and efficient.
The employees are great, but the manager is not. I got a Christmas gift and wanted to return without a receipt, and said I was fine with store credit. The manager, Viral, said it couldn't be returned at all. But the corporate return policy stated on the Shoppers site says I can return for store credit. The manager is a liar, and was more than a little sexist and condescending. Avoid this Shoppers at all costs. I'll be reporting him to corporate, because the way he incorrectly stated their policy and treated me was unacceptable.
Registered online for the flu shot and received a confirmation to proceed to the pharmacy for the shot. When we arrived there were people scattered all over the back of the store. No clear direction on where to register for the shot or where to wait. We were told to leave after registering at the pharmacy and wait for a text to return for the shot. An hour later we returned to the same confusion and waited another hour before finally asking if they had lost our forms. Another 10 minutes and we finally received our shots. The person who administered our shot seemed very skilled even though he couldn't find one of our forms.
This is a great store. There's something wrong with my doctor's notes. I'm very grateful that they helped me with it. I'm lucky to be in this shop.
