Great place. After Bay Gardens Hamilton ruined my grandmothers funeral they gave me a discount on some items for a celebration of life with family. We will return here again certainly. I cant remember the name of the staff member but she was great.

Amazing service! I was helped by a young girl named Sydney today and let me tell you, she is fantastic! I continuously asked her questions and walked all across the store for about 15 minutes trying to complete my costume with her, and she did not complain at all! I would have been very annoyed if I were in her shoes, but she was very happy to help the entire time! I suggest she gets employee of the month because I have never been held by someone so kind and helpful.
This is my go to for party stuff. My friend and I bought 2 big pack of balloons for 8.99 and almost half of them had holes in it or were defect when we blew them up. It was a bit disappointing. But other than that, this store is decent for party supplies and decor.
Good service and I loved their pre order balloon service, so you dont need to wait for long line up on the weekend
