I had a great experience at the Ancaster location. My screen and home button were broken and my phone was acting funny ... but now it works perfectly! Brock was super informative about the repair and gave me information on used phones to purchase as well. He even stayed late to squeeze my phone in before my son had to go for surgery. I break my phone a lot and I am so happy to have the Ancaster location now to fix it!

Poor customer service. Was booked for a screen replacement, arrived, it was closed... No phone call, no heads up or cancellation. Trip wasn't a total waste... Great liquor store next door...
