The manger from Michaels from Ancaster , her name is Sarah had been outstanding with the issue we were having with an online order. I haven't seen customer service like this in years. Sarah has pride in her work and deserve a rise!!. It's nice to see that there's still people that care about their job, and have a positive attitude during these hard time. Michael's is very lucky to have her!.

Whenever I enter here I just want to DIY every aspect of my life. Definitely on the pricier side but when they have sales the prices are amazing. I haven’t seen decorations like this since target. A definite go to for your arts and crafts needs!
