Went for an appointment for IPS first trimester screening. Reception was great and got me through quickly...had a full bladder as instructed and technician collected me from waiting room. She said I could evacuate some of my bladder as it was very full ...did so and returned to the exam room. The experience was painful and I felt incredibly uncomfortable the entire time I did express my uncomfortableness and the tech said it was the area she was working on..I laid there wincing as I had nothing to compare this too. The next morning I wake up tender in that area with slight bruising...I was instructed to email the manager which I have done ...twice and not heard back. Incredibly disappointed in my experience and reported it to my Doctor.

My experience: Had an appointment booked over 3 weeks ago with this office to do a varicose vein ultrasound. Took time off work and went to the appointment on time and provided my information to the receptionist who is not pleasant. I was told to take a seat and wait. After around 10-15 minutes the receptionist came to advise me rudely that thier office does not do this kind of scan and I need to go to a vascular ultrasound capable office. I asked why did you book the appointment if you can provide the service not to mention the service is listed in their scan form.. She said it was booked over the phone and the information was not clear. This office is completely incompetent disorganized and unprofessional. When the appointment was booked I clearly stated the purpose of the ultrasound. No other questions were asked. They have absolutely no regard for the time I had to take off work and arrangements that I had to change to meet other commitments. I will not go back to that office and do not recommend it to anyone. Tarek
