Place is great, had an obscure part that I needed for my oven, ordered it and they called me the next day. Beth was awesome even called me twice to tell me my order was ready. Ran in through the door, am greeted by Beth, she threw my package over, signed and went in my merry way in less than 5 minutes. NICE!

Looking for a built-in water filter for a Whirlpool refrigerator. Picked a number at the parts counter and waited only 5 minutes. In and out in 10 minutes. Great prices and service!
The part I ordered online arrived damaged - there didn't seem to be any damage to the box, but it wasn't packed very well so I imagine it occurred during shipping. While this part of the experience wasn't great, the customer service was! I emailed customer service, who said they could help me and asked me to fill out the RGA form. A replacement was sent out immediately, no fees or any further questions asked. It went so much more smoothly than I expected. With this level of customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to use Amre again in the future. (and the replacement was packed very well :) )
Been using this company for years for common and obscure DYI repair parts, most in person with a few order and pickup or ship. Just before NYE 2020 needed urgent dishwasher part and used \curbside\. Happily. Always great and to the powers that be- \Beth\ at Scarborough location is a gem! Prompt, friendly and helpful.
I've placed an order for a Single Run Capacitor but instead received a Dual run capacitor. They are not careful with their orders and send you the wrong parts. When i fill a RGA to return the Item they say , I will be charge 12.99 for shipping, when the Initial mistaken was made by AMRE Supply I've tried contacting the manager - no response, the person who sent me the return email - no response. what am I suppose to do now ? drive 7 hours from Montreal to your store for service on a mistake that was made by AMRE ? unbelievable.
