In person the Hamilton location was great. But trying to order online through a call centre thing I ended up losing money and the dishwasher isn’t fixed. Wound up getting yelled at and berated on the phone. Will not do it again. The customer service manager from Edmonton was very friendly. But as I said the dishwasher still is not fixed. And I lost money because the original person I ordered the part from didn’t choose the right part. Never again.

They carry a lot of parts. Always can find what I need there. Good parking, and location. My only complaint was that Cheryl, the lady that served me was not the nicest, no friendly personally, looked like she didn't care about customers. I left feeling unhappy. Maybe she was having a bad day :(
Got lost looking for the furnace filter supplier I went to 2 yrs ago. Used google search to see if it would trigger a memory response - no luck, but it did say that there was another supplier on Brockley Rd as well. Went in to an empty store, followed the arrows, and stood waiting at the counter for 30 seconds while a lady ignored me at the counter. Was she rude - not at all; was she friendly - not in the slightest. There's no question I was disturbing her! I showed her the pic on my phone and she said \30.00\ w/o batting an eye or getting up to check stock. I know that I paid around 18.00 ea for a box of 4 exactly 2 yrs ago. I asked if there was a discount for buying 4 knowing something was amiss - nope. I left, and went to Goodman Distributing (literally down the street) and paid 18.95 for ea. This wasn't just something overpriced, it was gouging. I would not tell you to not shop there, but I would tell you to shop around before going into this store. Monday August 16th,2020 late morning.
I remember Amre was a great place to get parts I needed ! Not any more over a month to get parts for a dryer that I could've got in two days on Amazon! !! Step it up Amre !!!!
Never be able to live without this company. Super to work with. Made the part I needed available for me to buy. Will be ordering from here again.
