Ordered hand sanitizers on March 2020, I understood that hand sanitizers were out of stock everywhere at the beginning of the pandemic. We still need hand sanitizers so we didn’t cancel the order. We have been waiting almost one year delayed. Every time we asked, the customer service said the products would back to order next month, however it postponed again and again. I’m not sure is it due to I had been asking for so many times, amar customer service started not to answer my email. We called several times, they always said it will back to order. Due to customer service hasn’t replied my email many times, I asked them on livechat today( didn’t know they have Livechat before). They just informed me that they didn’t carry this products anymore, they will cancel the order and refund. What if I didn’t ask or I forgot this order ( it’s been taking so long) In my opinion, if you don’t carry this products anymore, you should contact customer as soon as you known, and ask if customer need any replacement or refund directly, rather than until customer asked where is my order? Very bad shopping experience. I would never shop at AMRE Supply anymore.

Mr. Richard Cao is one of the staffs at Amre Supply. My mom and I patronized his store today (Dec 24, 2020). Mr. Cao was very helpful. He helped us find what we needed. In addition, he was very patient and went in length to search the computer to find what we could not find on the shelves. His attitude is excellent and I give a 10 out 10 for his service.
I ordered (and paid for) a part on September 20 which I knew was not going to arrive immediately, but after a month I inquired what the ETA was and was told December 6. December 6 came and went, when I asked what the next ETA was I was told \any time now\, when I inquired further I was told April 30!!!!!! I then told them I wanted to be reimbursed and not charged until they shipped, and never heard from them again. Luckily I kept all my e-mail transactions with them and was therefore able to get my Visa to reimburse me. BTW, I found the part at PartSelect.ca and ordered it January 5th – got it today (January 11).
