Ken Buckroyd is a wonderful man. He has looked after my 100-year-old blind mother and her hearing aid needs for many years and is always so compassionate and warmly courteous to her. On occasion he has come out to the waiting room to treat her there, just to save her the extra effort of going in to his office. The most amazing thing he did was to loan her hearing aids when hers were lost. You just can't beat the personal touch.

My mother in law was in Clearwater heading across BC for vacation when her hearing aid charger quit working. She phoned amplifon and spoke with Ken who told her that he could certainly help her out today. When she arrived he knew exactly who she was and went above and beyond to fix the problem, he was quick and made sure she was able to get back on the road to enjoy her vacation. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Service was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend Ken for your next appointment.
