We made an appointment with Amplifon for my husband’s hearing test. It was no surprise to us when Dr Basheikh informed us that he needed hearing aids! The team at Amplifon in Brampton were wonderful — incredibly knowledgeable and professional. And, importantly, they provided detailed documents and wrote additional letters for us to provide to our insurance company in order for reimbursement. They truly went above and beyond and we’re very grateful!
