I work at an electrical distributor and the company's customer service is by far one of the worst in the electrical industry. I requested a quote from an authorized distributor of their product that purchases through their Amphenol U.S. division and I have been waiting over a month for a response for a simple quote request with the authorized distributor continually following up. I took it upon myself to contact the Canadian division of Amphenol via e-mail and have had no response or an acknowledgment that they are even working on the request. If you are able to I would seriously consider looking into an alternate manufacturers offering as the company seems like they do not care unless you are requesting a larger value quote. For reference, most other manufacturers I deal with handle your requests in a timely manner whether the dollar value is big or small.
