This place is very welcoming and the sales people are knowledgeable, helpful and not fake or pushy! Steve helped us with all of our furniture. The quality and look is outstanding and worth the investment for the long run. We purchased a bedroom furniture set, kitchen table, crib and dresser for a changing table. The quality of the crib is not even comparable to cribs at "baby stores" like babies r us or even pottery barn. The Amish are centred around family and kids so you know their cribs are real quality and can be trusted. We will be using this crib for as many babies as we can make lol

If you are looking for furniture that will last a lifetime this is the place to go! Jessie was extremely competent and helped us find the prefect combination for our dining room. The extra time it took to manufacture the furniture was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this store if you are in the market for handcrafted furniture and not mass market.

Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality solid wood furniture. It is well worth the wait and should last a lifetime. I had a minor issue and they handled it with extreme professionalism to my complete satisfaction. That's the difference between good and great customer service.

I bought a sofa set from this place. I was given a time line of 8-12 weeks, the sofa was delivered at 16 weeks. The sofa delivered was defective on delivery, which ended up damaging my hard wood floors. The store owners stated it was our fault that the floors were damaged and refused to fix the floors but at the same time sent out their delivery guy out to replace the foot of the sofa which had originally damaged my floors. So much for customers service, and as for warranty good luck. These people are only out to make a buck. So, I will be taking them to court. Warning ....Buyer Beware.

POOR RESPONSE TIME AND AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE Wanted to let everyone know about the poor after sales service Amish Furniture provides. We bought a some furniture totaling 3500, a few days after the delivery we moved the couch to sweep the hardwood floors underneath and noticed several deep scratches. When we flipped the couch over we saw a large nail hammered into the bottom of one of the legs. The next day we contacted the owner who at first assured us that he would take care of this matter and needed to speak to the manufacturer. Weeks went by with no response from the owner, so we finally contacted him again. When we finally made contact he stated that he and the manufacturer would take care of the damage and felt splitting the cost 3 ways would work for him. To me why would someone have to pay to cover the damage they had nothing to do with. Owner advised for us to price the repair and when we did and contacted him the owner apparently forgot the commitment he made and stated he would only help cover the cost if we used his repair man, and we could go through lawyers if we wanted. please stay clear of this store and purchase anywhere else, you will be a lot happier, and stress free. this owner has no trustworthy or cares that his product severely damaged costly hardwood floor.
