This Shoppers is one of the best locations I have been to. This location is very clean, organized and very well stocked, especially during this difficult time. Melissa the store manager is amazing! She is very friendly, welcoming, and always greeting her customers with a smile. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help if at all necessary. Melissa and her staff provide great customer service and have made me a returning customer.

The new owner who has taken over is horrible. Finding a new pharmacy after 27 years. So sad one person can take over and ruin a place. She has little knowledge and charges small fees for prescription that should be fully covered.

Very good experience with the pharmacy today. They were very quick and thorough even though the Dr hadn't written the prescription very neatly. The pharmacist was able to look up the missing information for me and get me taken care of. The help was very much appreciated.

I called and got through right away. I asked about my prescriptions, paid for them, had them set up to be delivered, and verified my benefits coverage in a very simple 5 minute phone call. I was put on hold once for 30 seconds. I'm not sure who answered the phone but she was amazing, knowledgeable and polite.

I like this store location. Usually I find what I need. Visited 3 times. But the staffs always keep following you and staring on you. Which is wired. Prefer to not visit.
