The new hours do not make any sense at all. Both my wife and I work normal day jobs and the branch closes at 4:30pm everyday. Having at least one later day would be nice for those of us who work later then 3pm in the afternoon.

Great customer service.
Set me up with a chequing account and proceeded to set up savings without asking or informing me of any financial catches there may be! Get nabbed with a 75 service charge for using some of my savings. Would NOT have used it if I was correctly informed and would have told the gentleman not to bother with the savings account. Not happy with how they keep those details hidden unless you ask specifically. Not many people would think a regular savings would be 5 a transaction thats a tax free savings
Honestly would rather keep my money hidden in my mattress before trusting this particular bank with it.
