Always great service at Master Cleaners in town. Have been going for years. Drop off clothes a couple times a month. Have only ever had one issue and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of!

I took an extremely expensive recital dress of my daughter's to the store here in Amherstburg. The customer service lady and I looked it over. There was some beading on it. She assured me it would be fine and would come out like new with no problems. I left it and after I returned to get the dress (and paid 75) I noticed that all the beads were coming off. I took the dress back in and the same lady said that nothing was guaranteed. If you look at the back of the receipt, she said it clearly says there is no guarantee for these items. (It is the back of the receipt, but unreadable with the printing on the front. It would only be seen on a receipt that did not have printing on the front.) I contacted the owner in Windsor, multiple times. No one responded to my calls. I emailed him. I saw the website where it said they are specialist, especially in wedding gowns and satisfaction was 100% guaranteed. I emailed the web site and no one responded. Poor service. Poor quality. I would never go there again, and would advise everyone to go somewhere else. The problem is that it is the only drycleaner in Amherstburg so they know they don't have to give good customer service.
Amazing! The girl working was very personable! I got toner all over my work shirt and they got all of it out even after I put it through the wash at home! And for only 4! Highly recommended!
