First time in the new location WOW what a set up. Clean fresh and vibrant feel as soon as I walk in. Was greeted by staff and welcomed to the store. Looked around say great prices and product and was given all the answers to my questions. Awesome shopping experience

WOW. this place is beautiful. I'm not a collector but was with my husband. it's bright and full of great stuff.Everything is so well displayed, and so many interesting things. I was blown away with the selection. Very surprised at what a great card and collectible store can look like. the gentleman that works there is friendly and full of product knowledge. It was truly a fun place to be.

Went in the inquire about selling some sports cards and non sports cards, as advertised on their website about buying. I believe the guy was the manager on duty, opened the box, said he had no clue about what I brought in, mostly stayed on speaker phone with someone while looking around the back counter. Did not seem interested in doing business one bit. While 3, who I believe may not have been out of their teens, stayed behind the counter watching a hockey game and texting. I had to ask the man if I was just packing up what I brought or not. Why advertise you're looking to buy something, then when a customer brings it in, you admit you know nothing about them? This was nothing but a waste of time, and certainly will not be returning or advising anyone to go in.
