I purchased Gorilla-Fence vinyl fencing from AMCO in a Chai grey colour, to build a privacy fence around a hot tub area. Mirza was very helpful from start to finish. Understanding the project, quoting it correctly and providing great installation tips initially and as required later as I attempted the build on my own. The product is excellent to work with and looks incredible. Take sufficient time to ensure your posts are cemented to the appropriate depth, are plumb and properly distanced from one another, it will make the fence install that much easier. There were some supply delays for the product but Covid related issues likely contributed to this. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the final project.

If I could give a ZERO star, I would. Everything was fine until we got to the aftersale service. We ordered by email as we live far away and paid by phone. We asked them to leave our order outside so we can come pick it up during the weekend (they're close). We had to rent a truck () to pick up our order and when we got home and unpacked everything, we saw that it wouldn't fit at all. It was our first time ordering from them as we only needed 1 panel and 2 posts as part of our fence was broken and nobody else in Ottawa had Tuff Fence in stock so we asked for the right brand and colour but the panel was way too thick and the crack inside the posts, where you insert the panel was also way too thick and those measurements were NOT in the quote so we couldn't know about that. So at that point, the items were still brand new and sitting in our garage. I contacted the President/salesman Ned, and he told me to look at our quote and said that I previously confirmed that everything's was good. I then explained to him about the missing measurements and we couldn't know that. I asked him to give us the instructions to return our order and to get our money back and he never answered this email, I did a follow-up 2 weeks after and I just got ignored. Now, we are stock with fencing pieces that we can't even use and we will lose money on it even if we can sell it on our own. Worst customer service, they claim that they have a zero return policy but it's not written on the invoice/quote, neither or their website.
